Job Title: Inside Store Sales Executive

Salary:INR per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Inside Store Sales Executive to join our team in Salem.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for furniture and interior design along with excellent
sales and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the store providing excellent customer service.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales preferably in the furniture and interior industry.
Strong convincing skills with the ability to understand and explain product details.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to follow up with customers and close sales.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Customerfocused with a positive attitude.
Basic computer skills for handling sales reports and inventory management.
