Job Description
Job title: Project Sales Executive
Location: Anywhere in entire Kerala
Experience: Min 4 years and above in construction chemical or Adhesive
Salary: 7LPA 10LPA
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for assigned projects within your territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Architecture Contractors Builders and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
- Identify and qualify potential leads within Contractors Builders etc.
- Developing and nurturing the project funnel.
- Manage the performance of existing projects and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue.
Requirements and skills:
- Candidate must carry work experience in an Construction chemicals/Adhesive company only.
- Experience in Project sales/Field sales
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to partners / stakeholders.
- Local candidates are preferred
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- A desire to learn and grow in the Project management field
