Job Title: Senior React UI Lead

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI development team in designing and implementing user interfaces using React.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction and user experience.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to UI development and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the UI development team.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay uptodate with new technology trends and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the frontend architecture and technical design decisions.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to understand the requirements and provide technical insights.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead UI Developer or a similar role.
• Expertise in ReactJS and its core principles.
• Indepth understanding of web markup including HTML5 CSS3 and CSS preprocessors.
• Proficient understanding of clientside scripting and JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with UI/UX design and wireframing tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in defining and implementing frontend architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Uptodate knowledge of the latest industry trends and advancements in UI technology.
