Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with expertise in ASP.Net C# Entity Framework REST API MVC MySQL and objectoriented programming (OOPs). In this role you will lead our software development team driving the design and delivery of robust scalable and secure applications that contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented ASP.Net developers providing technical guidance mentorship and support.
- Drive the design architecture and implementation of ASP.Net applications using C# Entity Framework and MVC framework.
- Collaborate closely with product managers designers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards software development processes and best practices to maintain highquality deliverables.
- Manage project timelines resource allocation and sprint planning to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and promote continuous improvement within the team.
- Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and integrate with MySQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Champion software engineering excellence stay abreast of emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when appropriate.
- Establish and maintain a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence within the engineering team.
- Participate in recruitment hiring and onboarding of new team members.
- Ensure software reliability performance and scalability through effective testing and monitoring practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 7 years of handson experience in software development using ASP.Net C# Entity Framework REST API MVC MySQL and OOPs concepts.
- Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of software architecture design patterns and best practices.
- Experience with cloud technologies (AWS Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Passion for climate technology and a strong commitment to sustainability.
