Experienced Area Cleaning Manager required
You will predominately be working in the High Wycombe and Aylesbury Areas. Must have a proven track record as a manager within the cleaning industry.
Cleaning is predominately carried out in the evening with a mixture of clients from Offices Care Homes Schools. You must have a handson approach and attention to details.

Job requirements:
- To be able to run a portfolio of cleaning contracts.
- To regularly visit and proactively liaise with clients assigned to the area. Obtaining feedback on performance through signed Client Comment Cards
- Supplying quality assurance feedback to upper management
- Carry out site inspection to assess quality of cleaning.
- Translate any areas of concern to cleaning staff with corrective actions in place.
- Manage cleaners assessing performance.
- Monitoring staffing levels
- Carry out staffing interviews within the area when require.
- Producing 4weekly wage returns to set budget.
- Producing monthly stores orders to budget.
- Swiftly rectify any customer concerns maintaining client satisfaction
- On site induction training and any other training required through changes in legislation
- Must be a proactive individual.
- Must be reactive when required and be prepared to get hands dirty if necessary leading by example.
Attributes:
- Must have good communication skills.
- Be IT literate.
- Must have worked in the cleaning management sector previously.

Salary: Up to 35000 plus Bonus depending on experience.
