About Moove

Moove is on a mission to build the largest mobility fintech for emerging markets. About the Role

Customer Success Executive who will be charged with monitoring supporting and resolving drivers issues within our Operations team and be a representative and ambassador for the team across the company as well as to external stakeholders

What Youll be Doing

  • Driver Behaviour Monitoring (Safety Alerts Geofence Excess Mileage Incidents)
  • Enforcement (Immobilisation: Drivers Default and Noncompliance)
  • Track Vehicles Daily Status
  • Track vehicle maintenance and inspection needs
  • Reduction of claims and accidents
  • Managing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance is achieved with our telematics units

What You will need for this position

  • Problemsolving techniques(5WHY and TQM) are a must
  • A good first degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years experience
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • 4 years experience in customer care/support roles for Fleet management and safety for risk.
  • Experience in the assetfinancing & logistics industries is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suites (Excel).
  • Ability to manage people.
  • The candidate must possess an eye for detail.

  • weekly apprehension rate.
  • Loss of asset
  • weekly issues resolution rate
  • drivers compliance and enforcement

Directly reporting to our Customer SuccessSupervisor and closely working with our Operations Team.
