Job Title:IT Team Lead

Scope:As anIT Team Lead you will primarily be responsible for overseeing all IT operations ensuring that technical functions align with organizational goals and maintaining standards of availability efficiency security and documentation within the IT department. This role includes managing the IT infrastructure leading a qualified team optimizing processes and driving digital transformation to support the companys strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and developing a qualified and motivated team. Leading assessing and developing directly subordinate employees in a professional and disciplinary capacity.
• Determining individual personnel measures in consultation with HR.
• Planning personnel material and financial resources.
• Adhering to the approved budget and introducing suitable measuresto counteract potential and actual deviations in consultation with the line manager.
• Continuously standardizing and optimizing processes and Organizational structures and initiating correspondingmeasures.
• Defining implementing and ensuring an optimum exchange of information within the division and with the interfaces.
• Defining implementing and ensuring efficient and effective processes in the companys internal IT systems and theirdocumentation.
• Driving the digital transformation in the area of responsibility.
• Developing an integrated digitization strategy incooperation with the stakeholders.
• Utilization of new technologies and functionalities for a sustainable increase in valuecontribution.
• Ensuring the optimization and documentation of new and existing business processes in the digital databasesand systems.
• Implementing and assisting in the further development of the IT strategy within the companys Group primarily on an SAPbasis.
• Initiating directing and managing projects relating to the optimization of the global IT landscape (infrastructurehardware software SAP Master Data Management) as well as rollouts of new systems components and processes.
• Ensuring continuous operation of the IT infrastructure (computer centers networks clients) and that systems andstructures (installations configurations release upgrades) remain up to date taking the best possible IT security data
  backup and costs into account; ensuring timely troubleshooting and secondlevel support; coordinating and managingexternal IT service providers and the user help desk.
• Ensuring the best possible IT service processes and license management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a relevant discipline.
• Not less than 5 years of Experience in Network Security and Firewall.
• CCNA Certificate is a plus
• Excellent in English language.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong Leadership skills.
