Sales Service Technician

Precision Garage Door Tristate is a family business operating since 1999 and is the leading overhead garage door company in the tristate area. We are headquartered in Northern NJ and have locations in NY (Long Island Westchester & Hudson Valley) and Fairfield county CT. At Precision we pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality workmanship products and customer service in the industry.

We are currently looking for high energy selfstarters to join our team as a Sales & Service Technician. Love sales customer service and working with your hands but never worked on a garage door Not a problem we fully train you on garage door repair and enhance your selling skills.

Compensation Package:

• Hourly plus commission
• $60$80k potential in the first full year
• Paid time off including vacation sick floating holidays and company holidays

Key Responsibilities after training:

• Participate in all company meetings and continuing education
• Run 35 appointments a day with some weekends and evenings
• Build rapport with new customers then diagnose door needs
• Look to repair a door the right way and for the longterm
• Follow up with customers not sold on the spot

Qualifications:

• Driven Accountable SelfAware and Mature
• Must be able to perform moderate to heavy physical labor in all weather conditions
• Enjoy working with your hands with some mechanical aptitude preferred
• Experience in a constructionrelated field is a plus
• H.S. Diploma or GED some college preferred
• Clean Driving Record & Valid Driver's License
