Job Description

Requirements

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for continuous learning and taking on new challenges
  • 57 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Understanding of basic HR processes is preferred
  • Proficiency in basic to intermediate SQL
  • Experience with relational databases including SQL Oracle or Access is preferred
  • Experience in creating test plans conducting testing procedures and executing test plans
  • Strong analytical integrative and problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong client service orientation
  • to work both independently and as part of client teams including virtual teams with members in different geographic regions.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the flexibility to manage multiple project priorities in a performancedriven environment.
  • Sense of accountability for ones work taking pride in it and a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and during Americas time zone hours as needed.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup (2x WFH/week) in Taguig

Role
As a Business Analyst you will play a vital role in the implementation and ongoing management of Embark our Employee Experience platform delivered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution. You will collaborate closely with our consultants external clients and internal system development team. Your responsibilities will include translating business needs into actionable programming and process steps for developers and practicing the core principles of systems analysis design and testing. Additionally you will advise clients on best implementation practices provide ongoing technical support and train client teams. This fulltime position requires a skilled business analyst who is comfortable working as part of a global team with colleagues across North America Europe and Asia Pacific.

Performance Objectives

  • Ensure that all documentation starts from baseline and adheres to standards; communicate backtobase team suggestions for changes or enhancements to standard documentation.
  • Attends client meetings relevant to the components they have responsibility for to establish client relationships and ensure complete understanding.
  • Responsible for developing requirements documentation.
  • Responsible for system configuration based on client requirements.
  • Responsible for creating test plans and testing system changes and enhancements to ensure completeness and accuracy. Regression testing as necessary based on the nature of the system change/enhancement.
  • Identify reporting needs and requirements.
  • Understand SOW and be responsible for change order identification and assist with providing work and hours necessary to draft the change order.
  • Work closely with the developer to ensure project requirements/requests for changes are understood and within standards.
  • Provide guidance to other team members regarding best/standard practices.
  • Provide guidance/assistance to team members where needed to help ensure issues are resolved by the assigned due date.
  • Escalate concerns with the ability to meet due dates to the Project Manager.
  • Train and help transition ongoing processing requirements to Client and Application Support teams.
  • Lead client requirements meetings as needed.
  • Maintain and update all requirements documents ensuring adherence to standards.
  • Research issues and cases to determine root causes and provide impact analysis for ongoing issues changes and requests for new functionality.
  • Assist PM with the development of a Project Plan for assigned change orders.
  • Responsible for any vendor file updates and ongoing support.
  • Provide training for clients as needed.
