Network Architect

We are seeking a skilled Network Architect to become a member of our. The ideal applicant will be wellversed in networking protocols security and cloud computing technologies and will have a wealth of expertise planning installing and managing network infrastructure.

Your job as a network architect will be to design and implement network solutions that will guarantee the network architecture of our company is stable secure and scalable. In order to detect and resolve networkrelated problems as well as proactively monitor and enhance network performance to satisfy the business requirements of the company you will collaborate closely with our IT and security teams.

Principal duties of the position consist of:

Developing and deploying network architecture in accordance with industry best practices emerging technologies and business needs

Network device configuration and maintenance including firewalls load balancers switches and routers; working with crossfunctional teams to design network and security requirements for new projects and initiatives

Finding and fixing network vulnerabilities and putting security measures in place to fend off possible attacks

Tracking network capacity and performance and offering suggestions for enhancements and adjustments

Offering technical assistance and direction on networkrelated matters to internal teams and outside partners

Keeping up with market developments and new technology to enhance our network infrastructure over time.

The chosen applicant will have at least three to five years of expertise in network architecture design and implementation in addition to a bachelors degree in computer science information technology or a similar discipline. It is necessary to have a solid understanding of cloud computing technologies (like AWS and Azure) security concepts and networking protocols (including TCP/IP DNS and DHCP). While not necessary relevant certifications like CCNP or CCIE are preferred.

Only candidates who are physically present in the US may apply; occasional travel inside the US may be necessary for meetings and projects.
