Anesthesia Technician Supervisor

On Call and Weekends REQUIRED

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Anesthesia Technician Supervisor plans organizes & supervises daily operations for clinical assitance to anesthesia care providers. Selects trains and supervises designated technical support personnel and schedules prioritizes and delegates work assignments. Develops and implements work procedures and methods ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory requirements. Maintains supply inventory and monitors budget for area of responsibility. Performs the role of Anesthesia Technician; cleans maintains & stocks anesthesia workroom & anesthesia equipment in all operating rooms and satellite anesthetizing locations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years experience as an anesthesia technician
• ASATT Certification
• BLS certification required
