Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Compile analyze and interpret clinical data to identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement.
• Develop and maintain quality metrics to track performance against established standards.
• Participate in or lead the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis. This may involve developing protocols conducting audits and collecting feedback.
• Ensure Adherence to relevant regulations and accreditation standards by monitoring compliance identifying areas of risk and participating in audits.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records related to quality improvement activities audits and performance metrics.
• Remain knowledgeable about emerging trends in healthcare quality and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Nursing Public Health or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare quality improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with data analysis software.
• Working knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
