Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Professional certifications specialized in quality management and service assurance such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or CQA (Certified Quality Auditor) certification.
Practical experience:
Practical experience in the field of quality management or service assurance.
Experience in managing and improving processes and developing quality standards.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills to evaluate, develop standards and ensure quality services.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate work with different teams and provide reports.
