Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual to join our APAC Sales team as Sr Consultant Sales Enablement. In this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the companys leadership to identify and promote products and sales skills training for the company dealer sales and designers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop regional and dealerspecific training plans.
  • Support onboarding of new direct and dealer sales people.
  • Provide implementation and training support for significant corporate learning and development initiatives that impact the company dealer sales and designers.
  • Coordinate and deliver appropriate content and training experience in partnership with Sales Sales Support Product Marketing Channel BrandComm and L&D.
  • Participate in trainthetrainer sessions to learn content and gain certification.
  • Deliver training in person and virtually focusing on groups whenever possible.
  • Provide feedback to groups to inform training content and delivery.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and team to deliver large group trainings in other locations.

Requirements

Skills/Abilities:
  • Passionate about teaching and mentoring for individual development.
  • Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and facilitating groups.
  • Influential with senior stakeholders to drive successful training outcomes.
  • Able to develop actionable plans based on strategic priorities.
  • Capable of executing priorities effectively and declining requests when necessary.
  • Credible with all levels of audience with excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Highly skilled at planning organizing and achieving objectives efficiently.
  • Expert in the companys sales and dealer organizations enabling informed decisions for training strategies.
  • Provides strategic consultation utilizing a datadriven approach for measurable outcomes.
  • Understands the companys products programs and services to meet customer needs.
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor s degree required. Minimum 57 years high performing sales and/or salesrelated experience.
  • Expert understanding of the contract furniture industry would be highly advantageous
