Contract Analyst (Vendor Management)
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a Contract Analyst specializing in Vendor Management. This role supports Operational teams within Global Fund Services and other WAM teams that subscribe to the service. The Contract Analyst provides essential support and policy guidance to contract managers ensuring that contracts nearing expiration are actioned and that procurement policies and best practices are consistently followed.

Responsibilities:
Contract Management Support:
Assist Contract Managers with contractrelated questions and administrative functions.
Coordinate actions for contracts nearing expiration and new/amended contracts.
Ensure service requests are processed within SLA and escalate as necessary.
Review contracts for adherence to best practices and coordinate signatory reviews.
Ensure procurement policy adherence and proper documentation.
Track and monitor contractual initiatives and contracts reconciling with the contract repository quarterly.
Vendor Management Support:
Address vendor managementrelated questions and processes for Contract Managers.
Monitor GWAM VM deliverables and facilitate reviews of VISM memos and SOC reports.
Oversee annual Vendor Management Reviews and ensure completeness of review templates.
Escalate issues to appropriate teams as necessary.
Miscellaneous:
Support onboarding of internal clients into Contracts and Vendor Management Program.
Improve current processes adding value and efficiencies.
Identify problems and propose solutions.
Collaborate with key partners and assist with metrics creation and reporting.
What you will need to succeed:
College or university graduate.
CPA candidate or in progress is an asset.
Years of contract administration or equivalent business experience.
Experience in a clientfacing matrix projectbased organization preferably gained through audit advisory consulting or public accounting in a "Big Four" firm or other large organizations.
Knowledge of the Asset Management industry (e.g. mutual funds segregated funds).
Knowledge of contract administration and risk management practices.
Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables vlookups).
Clear and concise communication skills for effective message delivery and active listening.
Desire and ability to build relationships with stakeholders through various communication methods.
Good organizational and planning skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
Resultsoriented with a focus on quality delivering value and attention to detail.
