Title : Technical Business Analyst

Overview :

Technical Business Analysts with a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and a minimum of 7 years of STRONG experience.

The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies data analysis and business process improvement and will be responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business to drive innovative AI solutions

Responsibilities :

AI Solution Development:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  
• Design and implement AIdriven solutions to optimize business processes and improve decisionmaking
  
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies and frameworks for various projects.
  

Data Analysis and Management:

• Collect analyze and interpret large datasets to derive actionable insights.
  
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to support business objectives.
  
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all AI initiatives.
  

Business Process Improvement:

• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement through AI integration.
  
• Develop and document business cases for AI projects including costbenefit analysis and ROI.
  
• Work with crossfunctional teams to implement process improvements and monitor their impact.
  

Project Management:

• Lead and manage AI projects from inception to completion ensuring they meet business requirements and timelines.
  
• Develop project plans including scope objectives deliverables and resource allocation.
  
• Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders regularly.
  

Technical Support and Training:

• Provide technical support and guidance to business users on AI tools and technologies.
  
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance AI literacy within the organization.
  
• Stay uptodate with the latest AI trends technologies and best practices.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field. A master s degree is preferred.
  
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical business analyst role with a focus on AI
  
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies including machine learning natural language processing and computer vision.
  
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
  
• Experience with data analysis tools and platforms such as SQL Hadoop Spark or similar.
  
• Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  
• Proven experience in project management including planning execution and monitoring
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  

Strongly Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
  
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
  
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
