Job Title: Notion/ClickUp Specialist LATAM
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule: MondayFriday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

We specialize in creating company wikis using Notion but also offer expertise in Coda.io Google Sites and Microsoft Loop. Position Overview:

We are seeking a Notion and ClickUp Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both Notion and ClickUp leveraging their functionalities to manage tasks and projects for our company and our clients. This role requires someone who is detailoriented highly organized and capable of optimizing our use of these tools to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our internal Notion workspace: Ensuring all documentation processes and resources are uptodate and easily accessible.
  • Develop organize and optimize client wikis in Notion and ClickUp: Ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Utilize ClickUp to manage tasks projects and workflows: For both our company and client projects.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients: To understand their needs and customize Notion and ClickUp setups accordingly.
  • Train team members and clients on the effective use of Notion and ClickUp: Providing ongoing support and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes: And implement best practices within Notion and ClickUp.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on task and project progress: Ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Notion and ClickUp including task management project setup and workspace customization.
  • Strong understanding of the basic functionality and features of both Notion and ClickUp.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients translating technical concepts into userfriendly language.
  • Experience in training and supporting users in adopting new software tools.
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with other documentation tools like Coda.io Google Sites and Microsoft Loop is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a consultancy or business process optimization environment.
  • Understanding of business operations strategy and workflow optimization.
  • Experience in project management or a related field.
