Calling all passionate and dedicated nurses! We are partnering with a confidential client seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team on a PRN basis.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs develop care plans and administer medications following physician orders.
  
• Perform essential nursing tasks including monitoring vital signs administering treatments and providing patient education.
  
• Collaborate effectively with physicians LPNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Provide essential patient care services under the supervision of an RN or physician.
  
• Assist with daily living activities like bathing dressing and feeding.
  
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the RN or physician.
  
• Collect and record patient data.
  
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
  

Qualifications:

RN:

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
  
• Minimum one year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting (hospital clinic etc.).
  
• Strong clinical skills and expertise in performing nursing assessments.
  
• Excellent communication collaboration and critical thinking skills.
  
• Compassion and empathy for patients.
  

LPN:

• Active LPN license in the state of employment.
  
• Minimum one year of experience in a relevant healthcare setting (hospital clinic etc.).
  
• Proficient in basic nursing skills and procedures.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
