Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
  

• Oversee the design development and implementation of electrical power and controls instrumentation systems for oil and gas chemical processing and other process facilities.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement construction and client representatives to ensure project alignment and success.
  

• Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
  

• Prepare and present project status reports technical documentation and project deliverables to stakeholders.
  

• Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
  

Requirements

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial/Civil Engineering Control Systems Engineering or a related field.
  

• Proven experience (5 years) as a Project Manager in the oil and gas industry chemical processing or similar process facilities.
  

• Strong technical knowledge of electrical power systems and controls instrumentation.
  

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
  

• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  

• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
