Job Description

Platinum Global Talent Solutions is delighted to support our client in recruiting for a Contracts Administrator in Concord MA. This exciting and technically challenging role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse collaborative and rapidly growing team where you will provide handson support in the administration of prime contracts and subcontracts and support with the preparation of Proposals in response to RFPs.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of contracts and subcontracts from proposal submission to contract closure.
  • Assist in the development of cost proposals for government and prime contractor requests.
  • Participate in contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  • Draft review and support negotiations of various agreements such as Nondisclosure Agreements Teaming Agreements and License Agreements.
  • Support program managers in project setup including contract kickoff meetings interpretation of contract terms and timely dissemination of contract information.
  • Assist with Government property administration audits and closure activities.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain administrators to ensure compliance with contract requirements corporate policies and business systems.
  • Identify and recommend strategies to mitigate contractual risks and optimize opportunities.
  • Conduct research on government regulations and perform additional assigned duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance business or a related specialized area
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within Contracts Administration
  • Training and professional certification from National Contract Management Association (NCMA)
  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of Government competitive proposal process
  • Working knowledge of FAR DFARS Data Rights and Intellectual Property issue
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Capable of handling several assignments concurrently while still meeting deadlines
  • Excels working in a fastpaced environment with superior planning and time management skills.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level
