Job Description: 773032 will be for the OpenText Product Specialist

• The file transfer engineer will play a crucial role in our Global File ServicesEngineering group. This team manages the shared file transfer platforms used by the Company for both internal and external file transfers. As a file transfer engineer youll have the unique opportunity to enhance these platforms with advanced file scanning capabilities contributing to the efficiency and security of our operations.

Enhancement of the shared file transfer platforms used by the Company with the addition of file scanning capabilities

Lead the technical design development and documentation of crossfunctional multiplatform distributed application systems

Analyze define and document requirements for data workflow and logical processes and interfaces with other systems

We are committed to ensuring that you have all the support and resources you need to succeed in this role. You will be responsible for coordinating coding testing change implementation and documentation to ensure that expected application performance levels are achieved.

Looking for three file transfer engineers

Open to 100% remote

five day work week: Sunday (12 am8 am EST) then four business days (7 am3 pm EST)

Linux OS

Scripting (Shell Python) is a big plus

Financial services experience is a plus but not required

A college degree is not required if the candidate has relevant professional experience
