Position Summary:

The CardiovascularInterventional Radiologic Technologist performs specialized radiographic procedures in cardiovascular and interventional radiology to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This role involves operating imaging equipment preparing patients and ensuring optimal imaging quality while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiovascular and interventional radiographic procedures.
• Prepare and position patients for imaging.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment.
• Ensure highquality imaging and adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist physicians during interventional procedures.
• Monitor patients conditions and report any changes.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT certification in Radiography and VascularInterventional Radiography.
• State licensure as required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Skills:

• Proficiency in radiologic imaging equipment and techniques.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and procedures.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
• Attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
