Job Responsibilities:
- Develop roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and business needs.
- Lead crossfunctional teams implementing the roadmap from the early stage of development through launch. Lead launch/release activities as it pertains to software features and deliverables.
- Work across teams in various geographic locations to communicate privacy best practices and remediate privacy violations.
- Engage with crossfunctional teams to identify constraints dependencies risks/issues and to deliver commitment.
- Work with teams to set milestones communicate project statuses and identify/address potential setbacks.
- Develop best practices in a quickly changing and dynamic environment.
- Ensure project documents are complete current and available for staff and leadership review.
- Identify resources needed and work closely with the team leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects ensuring resource gaps are addressed efficiently.
MustHave Skills:
- 5 years experience as a Technical Program Manager or Software Product Manager managing software programs from inception to production.
- Experience in the Privacy or Security area is a plus.
- Building and Scaling Platforms.
- Working with clients / crossfunctional teams.
Nice to have skills / soft skills:
- Experience in the Privacy or Security area is a plus.
- Highly motivated.
- Someone who is able to collaborate.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a technical field such as computer science computer engineering or related field required.

- Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
