Job Description

Serve as a trusted advisor to key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors driving solution adoption and ensuring maximum customer business value.

Build and nurture customer relationships to enhance satisfaction.

Understand customer business challenges and goals offering expert solution options.

Proactively monitor current customer activity.

Aid in securing account renewals through impactful engagement.

Collaborate with Sales Support and Product to resolve customer issues promptly.

Represent the customers voice within Vizmo to identify and address prevalent issues and pursue upstream solutions.

Excel in customerfacing roles including relationship building expectation setting and timeline management.

Possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) acting as a conduit between the customer Support Account Management Product and Sales.

Track customer satisfaction and solution effectiveness.

Map the customer journey and manage onboarding training and deployments for new clients.

Oversee the entire customer lifecycle postsales ensuring ongoing satisfaction and value delivery.

Manage and mentor the customer success team to achieve their objectives and maintain high performance standards.

Hold a Bachelors degree preferably in computer science or a related field with an MBA being advantageous.

Embrace opportunities to work across domains in a startup environment such as product finance sales based on capabilities and interests.

Customer and Revenue Retention

Ensuring that customers stay happy and invested with Vizmo.



Requirements

Required Skills:

  1. Customerfocused approach with the ability to filter and address customers needs wants desires junk and pain points

  2. Detailoriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.

  3. Proven track record of using data to drive activity.

  4. Technical aptitude and experience working with enterprise software tools.

  5. You have a good understanding of cloud technology words like API Integrations mean something to you

  1. Motivated by customer success and dedicated to driving longterm value within accounts.

  2. Expertise in managing large complex accounts in a customerfacing.

  3. You are systematic and methodical you make commitments and meet them consistently. Customer information is at your fingertips and you are quick to identify any business opportunity.

  4. You have 35 years of experience in a B2B SaaS product company.
