The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and oversee all operational activities (construction & maintenance) ensuring they align with company standards and are executed in a timely and costeffective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise and manage all operational activities ensuring they are performed efficiently and within established procedures.
• Safely operate all company vehicles and equipment.
• Promote and enforce safety standards raising awareness among peers and management.
• Ensure quality control for all units constructed under your supervision.
• Conduct regular team meetings to foster communication and collaboration.
• Cultivate a team culture that balances employees needs with practical business approaches.
• Review upcoming orders with shop technicians
• Schedule and oversee various phases of production.
• Assist in developing methods for preparing office trailers and modular buildings.
• Help with loading and unloading materials.

The schedule is MonFri 7AM3:30PM.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: (Companies ATS Questions):

1. Do you have a Associate degree or 35 years of relevant work experience in light carpentry maintenance or construction trades

2. Do you have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience

3. Do you have the ability to lift 50 lbs or more

4. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
