VENTURE CAPITAL EMERGING COMPANIES ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

We are seeking candidates with:

• Experience leading venture finance transactions M&A and corporate governance matters
• Familiarity with startup/financing documents including convertible notes SAFEs priced equity rounds NVCA model documents SAFTs and Token offerings
• Strong transactional experience including drafting commercial agreements negotiating with opposing counsel and leading teams on diligence and closing transactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of four years of venture capital industry experience
• Ability to lead deal teams and transactions from inception through closing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong clientfacing skills and ability to work independently
• Team player with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across the Firms capabilities and practice areas
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (cap table exit waterfall and financial modeling tools)
• Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which you plan to practice

This position is Hybrid.

Salary 295k to 400k plus bonus
