Roles & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent preferably major in Accounting or Finance
- Advance level in Excel Word and Outlook
- Experience with software is a must Preferably Zoho books
- Knowledge and filing of GST is mandatory
- Data entry including sales purchase receipts payments bank reconciliation statement and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
- Receiving and processing all invoices expense forms and requests for payments.
- Handling petty cash preparing bills and receipts.
- Maintaining accounting records making copies filing documents etc.
- Preparing Cash Flow and PL statements of the firm on a monthly basis and reconciling the same with the budget
- Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz GST TDS Profession tax.
- Knowledge of returns for eTDS GST Profession tax
