Youll act as a bridge between our valued clients and our internal teams handling pre and postsales inquiries orders and more.

What Youll Do:

• Be a customer service champion providing exceptional support across all touchpoints.
• Process and track orders efficiently ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all order & RMA information is readily accessible.
• Collaborate with internal teams like planning and production to keep everyone informed.
• Learn and adhere to VPGs processes and procedures to continuously improve our service.

Requirements :

Youre a Great Fit If You Have:

• Technical customer service and data entry experience.
• A passion for accuracy and a commitment to exceptional service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
