As wecontinue to grow were currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to drive ouroffice growth in Vilniusembarking on an exceptional journey in the realm of corporate digitaltransformation
Your Role:
As a Site Manager you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative supportmanaging office operations leading human resources and financial functions and collaboratingclosely with all involved stakeholders. You will play a key role in maintaining office efficiency andensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
For all the following key responsibilities you serve as a liaison between Vilnius Office and theOffices in Tallinn and Berlin as well as the headquarters in Munich.
People Relation and Culture (PRC):
Monitor all HRrelated projects including the whole employee lifecycle (contracts
onboarding onboarding)
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Organize and coordinate all onsite activities (team events teambuilding activities
brunches management meetings)
Provide feedback and support to employees for their professional development.
Office Management:
Provide administrative assistance to the team and maintain accurate records of office
activities and inventory
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow including office supplies
and equipment
Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Assist with budgeting financial reporting and expense management
Prepare and present regular performance reports for the Head of Software Development
and conduct together annual reviews.

Your Skills:
Proven experience in office management administrative support and HR functions
Experience within the IT Environment
Knowledge of financial and HR principles and local regulations
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Strong organizational able to adapt in a fastpaced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good Communication Skills in English
