Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the role of Engineer Manager specializing in wind projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in engineering management particularly within the renewable energy sector and a deep understanding of wind energy systems. This role is key to ensuring that our clients receive efficient and innovative solutions to their wind project needs.

Responsibilities

• Project Management:
  • Oversee and coordinate wind energy projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans timelines and budgets ensuring compliance with energy regulations and standards.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
  • Support the commercial team in preparing the commercial and technical proposals inspecial for the advanced projects.
• Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in wind turbine technology and system design.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and methodologies.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Act as a project manager following the open orders and coordinating with the
    shareholders in special for the advanced projects.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across all project participants.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure wind projects meet client expectations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular reviews and testing to maintain highquality deliverables.

Skills and Competencies

• Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Renewable Energy or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a senior engineer or project manager with a focus on wind energy projects.
  • Proven experience in managing largescale renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge and Skills:
  • Strong understanding of wind energy systems and technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
