Your responsibilities:

• In this role together with your team you will be responsible for the accurate costeffective and timely shipment of our orders.
• You will perform administrative tasks within the Shipping Office which are related to service export and planning & organization.
• By collaborating closely withcustoms clearance (internal and external) loading teams order management and other warehouse departments you take care of optimal workflows.
• You will handle shipping documentation including invoice verification delivery notes creation World Ease registration and closure.
• Besides you manage additional tasks including export registration daily closing and transfer label creation or handling of dangerous goods.
  

You bring along:

• You completed an apprenticeship or studies in the field of logistics or freight forwarding and already gained first work experience in this field.
• Having knowledge in the areas of export management and handling of dangerous goods (preferably you have a certification in ADR and/or IATA) is beneficial.
• You are a handson person being able to work independently and concentrated in a busy sometime noisy environment.
• Besides proficiency in the common MS Office programs you have practical application experience inERP warehouse management and shipping software programs.
• In this role an independent use of English written and spoken is mandatory;good German skills are beneficial and any additional languages are a plus.
