David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a Top Workplace tech business outsourcing companywho is looking to hire aProduct Trainer Specialist whowill be responsible for training all resources (SDR ISR AM Onboard SE etc.) on their specific product line. Will collaborate with the clients product teams

  • Position:Product Trainer Specialist
  • Location: DublinRepublic of Ireland
  • Employment type: Fulltime
  • Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and create comprehensive training programs and materials that effectively cover product features benefits and usage.
  • Ensure training materials are uptodate with the latest product enhancements and changes.
  • Lead training sessions for new and existing employees customers and partners.
  • Utilize various training methods including inperson virtual and ondemand training formats.
  • Conduct assessments to identify training needs among employees customers and partners.
  • Customize training programs to address specific needs and knowledge gaps.
  • Keep abreast of product updates new features and industry trends.
  • Ensure training materials and sessions reflect the latest product information
  • Collaborate with product development and marketing teams during product launches.
  • Develop training programs to educate internal teams and customers about new products and features.
  • Offer ongoing support to trainees posttraining to ensure they can effectively use and demo the product.
  • Tailor training content and delivery to suit different audiences such as sales teams technical support and endusers.
  • Work with sales and marketing functions to support the creation of content for specific personas and industries centered around product value
  • Serve as product subject matter expert with an acute understanding of the clients value proposition from both a technical and business perspective new clients
  • Understand the competitive landscape and coach reps to win

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • 3 years of experience in a technical training role
      • Experience designing training programs
      • Experience engaging with a training cohort remotely
      • Experience with software vendor IT Services SaaS space or system integrator space preferred
      • Developer experience an advantage
      • BA Degree/ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
      • Techsavvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology
      • Strong technical or technology product focussed background with aptitude to understand
      • Handson experience in technology and SaaS product demonstration and training and ability to provide realworld examples and insights
      • Strong communication and presenting skills
      • Ability to engage with and motivate sales professionals of all levels of experience and tenure
      • Adaptable and dynamic
      • Strong Analytical and Assessment Skills
      • Highly organised and detailoriented
      • Strong communication skills supported by an energetic and engaging attitude
      • Ability to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
      • Collaborative. Partnering across the organization and with internal and external stakeholders
      • Selfmotivated proactive team player with innovative ideas
      • Selfreliant adaptable decisive and professional; able to effectively multitask in a dynamic environment
      • Fluent English Speaker with additional language a benefit
      • Proficient in basic computer skills Microsoft Office GSuite and general sales tools such as CRMs.
