Job Description

Location: OnSite Las Vegas NV

Salary Range: $70000.00 $100000.00

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4 years of experience in Human Resources
  • 2 years of experience in a leadership role

About the Role

As the HR Manager you will play a pivotal role in the organization's success by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives. This role requires a handson approach to HR practices fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Manage benefits for employees
  • Create and manage HR budgets

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role preferably in the gaming or manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and ability to implement effective HR strategies.
  • Indepth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude in problemsolving.
  • BSc/BA in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MA/MBA is a plus.
