Aufgaben

• Analysis of customer requirements and conception of technical solutions
• Processing of tenders
• Coordination of the solution with other departments
• Coordination of the concept and pricing with the sales department
• Preparation of offers including calculation (CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 Microsoft Word & Excel)
• Compilation and preparation of supporting documents (e.g. technical diagrams visualizations solution descriptions etc.)
• Reviewing editing and handing over orders
• Updating the database and all related activities in our CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• General administrative presales support activities
• All other tasks assigned .

Qualifikation

• Studies with a technical background or economic with a technical interest (e.g. IT systems management assistant media technology medical technology business administration industrial engineering)
• Finished Bachelor Degree or higher
• 3 years job experience preferred
• Business fluent in English and German
• Knowledge of French is welcome
• Practical experience in participating in tendering procedures an advantage
• Very good communication skills by phone and email
• CRM knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is welcome
• Ability to learn and adapt in a fast changing environment
• Sense of responsibility selforganization and reliability.
