Location: Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh

Compensation:

Relationship Manager (RM): Up to 3.5 LPA
Sales Manager (SM): Up to 8 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities:

Relationship Manager (Micro Mortgage):

Develop and maintain client relationships to drive micro mortgage sales.
Source clients through open market and DSA (Direct Selling Agents).
Achieve individual targets and contribute to team goals.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
Sales Manager (Micro Mortgage):

Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers.
Develop sales strategies and drive business growth in the micro mortgage segment.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Monitor team performance and provide training and support as needed.
Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or relationship management preferably in the banking or financial sector.
Strong understanding of micro mortgage products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive and goaloriented mindset.
Note: Candidates are expected to source clients through open market and DSA.
