Job Description
- Review and provide constructive recommendations to improve, where necessary, the “NEOM Environmental Protection and Sustainability Law” and “NEOM Environmental Protection and Sustainability Regulations”.
- Supervise the development and support the review and continual improvement of world-class environmental legislative instruments (including regulations, rules, standards, guidelines, procedures, codes of conduct, and protocols).
- Ensure full alignment of all policies and regulations, rules and guidelines developed by the Environment Authority, with “NEOM Region Environment Strategy”, “NEOM Environmental Protection and Sustainability Law”, “NEOM Environmental Protection and Sustainability Regulations” as well as other relevant regulations and policies within NEOM.
