• Conduct Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA)
• Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
• Perform Bad Actor Analysis
• Perform Criticality Assessment
• Ability to conduct reliability workshops with all stakeholders Review approve and coach others on reliability deliverables.
• Preventive Maintenance (PM) Optimization techniques and methodologies
• Create/Validate PM Plans and Task list.
• Identify appropriate spares to tie to task list.
• Knowledge about PM Structure and Work Management process
• Data & Analytics Data driven decisions.
