FIFO Riggers for Sino Iron Project in Cape Preston

Rate: $52 per hour (day rate) $57.20 per hour (night rate) 84 hours per week

Location: Perth Western Australia with rotation to Cape Preston

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for experienced Riggers to join our team for the Sino Iron Project in Cape Preston. Our client Sino Iron operates the largest magnetite mining and processing operation in Australia located 100km southwest of Karratha in Western Australias resourcerich Pilbara region. Sino Iron utilises advanced beneficiation processes to produce highgrade premium magnetite concentrate for export from purposebuilt facilities at Cape Preston.

Role Description: As a FIFO Rigger you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of operations at the Sino Iron Project in Cape Preston. You will be responsible for rigging duties across the project site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rigging duties according to project specifications and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate rigging requirements for various tasks and projects
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to identify and rectify potential hazards
• Maintain accurate records of rigging activities and inspections

Requirements:

• Relevant rigging certification or qualification
• Proven experience as a Rigger preferably in a FIFO environment
• Strong understanding of rigging techniques materials and safety protocols
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a dynamic and challenging environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to fly from Perth to Cape Preston on a rotational basis
