Technology Engineer Junior 1-3 Years

Background:

We are implementing a new global benefit portal the My Rewards portal (MR). This portal presents a view of the total rewards the coworker gets from our organization everything from salary pension bonus program and flexible benefits. This is a solution with a lot of business needs coming up during the year. The MR is in the rollout phase. (The goal is to be launched in 34 markets). The MR is connected to the overall organization s solution landscape and GCP will be used as a central Data Hub and support data flowing in and out of the MR following a provider and consumer pattern.

The scope of the consultant services is to assist

• Responsible for configuration and maintenance of the assigned product or service using the right toolsets requires to deliver according to countryspecific requirements
  
• Participate and contribute with input in the Product/Services meetings within the business area and maintain crossfunctional meetings (triages) with stakeholders to resolve critical issues
  
• Communicate with endusers and product teams about the progress of the ongoing work following up and escalating the case if needed
  
• Educate and onboard new Content developers encouraging good practices and securing common ways of working to meet consumer expectations on product and service delivery more senior role
