Job Description

Our client is seeking a committed and passionate retail Store Manager who has a strong passion for luxury retail and customer service based in Dublin 16

The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail a keen eye for detail and a proven track record in store management. As Store Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales enhancing customer satisfaction and upholding the brand s prestigious reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead motivate and develop a highperforming team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales initiatives and deliver an outstanding customer experience ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations including inventory management visual merchandising and store maintenance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze store performance metrics implementing strategies to improve sales and operational efficiency.
  • Brand Representation: Uphold and promote the brand ensuring all staff embody the brand s values and standards.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing personalized service and fostering customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management preferably within the luxury fashion industry
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Operational Expertise: Strong organizational and operational skills with experience in inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Brand Ambassador: Deep understanding and appreciation of the brand with the ability to convey its values and standards to staff and customers.
