Accountancy Practice Bookkeeper

This firm has experienced continuous and significant growth through referrals and new business generation. The Directors have clear growth plans and offer a supportive progressive work environment. The firm has adopted online accounting transitioning clients to cloud accounting software such as Xero Sage and QuickBooks. Experience with these or similar programs is essential.

As a Bookkeeper you will be responsible for delivering bookkeeping services up to the extended trial balance preparing VAT returns and potentially engaging in additional services depending on your background and experience. You will work with a diverse range of clients across various industries and turnovers including sole traders limited companies and LLPs. This role offers the opportunity to support Managers and Directors with increasing responsibility client contact and professional development.

Requirements

• You may be AATqualified or someone who has developed your career through handson experience and is looking to further build on this in a practical role.
  
• You must have experience in bookkeeping and preparing VAT returns within an accountancy practice of any size.
  
• You should have at least two years preferably more of experience in these areas within an accountancy practice environment.
