As a Cybersecurity Incident Management Officer You Will:
As a Cybersecurity Incident Management Officer You Will:
- Support enterprise cyber incident management and response efforts ensuring appropriate coordination across stakeholders.
- Oversee track and follow up on Cyber Incident Task Force (CITF) efforts and incident management decisions.
- Contribute to policy development related to enterprise cyber incident management including frameworks response plans and handbooks.
- Prepare communication products on cyber incidents including meeting records and incident reports.
- Provide administrative support for planning conducting and reporting CITFs and Incident Coordination and DecisionMaking Groups (ICDMGs).
- Perform secretarial duties for cyber incident response meetings.
- Support incident management exercises.
- Ensure lessons from previous exercises and CITFs are integrated into the incident management process.
- Undertake additional tasks as required to support the incident management process under the supervision of the Enterprise Cyber Incident Manager.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A degree from a university or equivalent institution.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an enterprise or large international organization environment.
- Experience in cybersecurity preferably in policy development.
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity in areas such as incident response threat intelligence and risk management.
- Ability to draft clear and concise reports and produce and maintain cybersecurity incident reports in support of incident response activities.
- Cyber security certifications such as CISSP CISM or equivalent degree in cybersecurity.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
- Effectively support and coordinate cyber incident management efforts with minimal supervision.
- Develop and contribute to cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
- Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports and communication products.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for cyber incident response activities and meetings.
- Coordinate and support incident management exercises and integrate lessons learned into the process.
