As a Cybersecurity Incident Management Officer You Will:
  • Support enterprise cyber incident management and response efforts ensuring appropriate coordination across stakeholders.
  • Oversee track and follow up on Cyber Incident Task Force (CITF) efforts and incident management decisions.
  • Contribute to policy development related to enterprise cyber incident management including frameworks response plans and handbooks.
  • Prepare communication products on cyber incidents including meeting records and incident reports.
  • Provide administrative support for planning conducting and reporting CITFs and Incident Coordination and DecisionMaking Groups (ICDMGs).
  • Perform secretarial duties for cyber incident response meetings.
  • Support incident management exercises.
  • Ensure lessons from previous exercises and CITFs are integrated into the incident management process.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required to support the incident management process under the supervision of the Enterprise Cyber Incident Manager.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A degree from a university or equivalent institution.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an enterprise or large international organization environment.
  • Experience in cybersecurity preferably in policy development.
  • Good knowledge of cybersecurity in areas such as incident response threat intelligence and risk management.
  • Ability to draft clear and concise reports and produce and maintain cybersecurity incident reports in support of incident response activities.
  • Cyber security certifications such as CISSP CISM or equivalent degree in cybersecurity.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
  • Effectively support and coordinate cyber incident management efforts with minimal supervision.
  • Develop and contribute to cybersecurity policies and frameworks.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed incident reports and communication products.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for cyber incident response activities and meetings.
  • Coordinate and support incident management exercises and integrate lessons learned into the process.
