As a Senior Project Manager You Will:
- Plan implement and manage projects according to regulations and policies.
- Develop business cases including procurement strategies and project proposals.
- Deliver projects within defined scope time cost and quality tolerances.
- Manage resources risks and issues proactively.
- Supervise project teams and lead stakeholder meetings.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communication.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelors degree in a related discipline and at least 3 years of postrelated experience or at least 10 years of extensive and progressive expertise in related duties.
- A recognized formal Project Management qualification such as PRINCE 2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- At least three years of recent extensive project management experience in a largescale IT organization.
- Experience in planning design system engineering and implementation of C4ISR systems.
- Knowledge and experience in stateoftheart technologies relevant to the work including CIS network design and switched multimedia networks.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with good briefing skills.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
- Manage and lead project teams effectively.
- Plan design and implement complex IT systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders using tact and diplomacy.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation.
- Handle risks and issues proactively ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
