Site Engineer - Construction Interiors

• Project Execution:
  
• Oversee and manage all onsite activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  
• Implement project plans and schedules ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with architects designers and subcontractors to resolve any technical or construction issues.
  
• Quality Control:
  
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and project specifications.
  
• Identify and address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project quality.
  
• Ensure all materials used onsite meet the required standards and specifications.
  
• Documentation and Reporting:
  
• Maintain detailed records of project progress site activities and any changes to the original plans.
  
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project manager and stakeholders.
  
• Team Coordination:
  
• Lead and supervise onsite labor and subcontractors ensuring efficient and effective work practices.
  
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
  
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders including clients designers and contractors.
  
• Problem Solving:
  
• Identify potential issues and implement solutions to prevent delays or disruptions to the project timeline.
  
• Address and resolve any onsite challenges promptly and efficiently.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry.
  
• Strong understanding of construction methods materials and legal regulations.
  
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
