Job Description

JOB ROLE: Service Manager

JOB TYPE: Fulltime

LOCATION; Lagos

Our client is a wealth management company specializing in investment immigration investment advisory and insurance services.

JOB DESCRIPTION
A Service Manager (SM) is a professional who builds and maintains strong longterm relationships with our clients and partners to drive business growth revenue and customer satisfaction. Their primary goal is to understand customers needs provide tailored solutions and foster trust loyalty and repeat business.
This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of client application processes (Document management). The Service Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and concerns while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a bridge between clients and the company facilitating communication and ensuring smooth interactions.
Carry out onboarding calls to new clients guiding them through the application process and supporting with challenging steps.
Schedule appointments with clients to initiate the application process
Carry out credit control functions with clients
Arrange for 3rd party providers such medical doctors NIN registration IELTS Exams Police clearance for PA and dependents including children living abroad or in boarding school
Provide effective and efficient service delivery to clients
Escalate and follow up on any delays or issues in the processing timeline for prompt resolution
Provide exceptional service that encourages clients to commit to the program and make timely payments
Keep accurate and uptodate record of all clients under management
Implement service policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Comply with company standards processes and procedures.
Maintain strong relationships with clients.
Address client inquiries and resolve concerns related to their application.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality service standards.
Provide periodic reports as required.
Perform any other function as assigned by the direct report.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
A good first Degree

Masters (an added advantage)
Minimum of 10 years professional experience in a relevant sector
