residential subdivisions commercial projects Industrial warehouse sites K12 education sites Institutional sites. The role involves performing daytoday tasks related to civil engineering design planning stormwater design and overall civil engineering project management. The successful candidate must know how to design water lines sewer collection systems storm drain conveyance systems grading plans for sites and subdivisions dimensional control all for land development projects. The successful candidate must be able to prepare and produce complete sets of civil engineering construction drawings for Land Development projects and have done so for at least 510 projects using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.





Experience you will need:

• Civil Engineering Design and Construction Plans preparation skills in LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
• Minimum 3 years experience in site development and/or residential subdivisions;
• Experience in planning and stormwater management then implementing solutions through design drawings
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent problemsolving abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Excellent writing skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools including Civil 3d and AutoCAD Excel WORD
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited University
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus
