Responsibilities:

• Evaluation and remediation of communicative disorders
• Complete case study evaluations and determine eligibility
• Knowledge of IEP policy and procedures competence with IDEA rules/regulations
• Problemsolving team member
• Provide direct instruction and/or consultation with assistive technology devices
• Provide cotreatment with other related services providers whenever appropriate
• Maintain documentation and detailed data for students served
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents staff and administration

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in the area of Speech/Language Pathology
• Illinois Professional Educator License with Speech Language Pathology endorsement
• Competence with IDEA rules/regulations and IL procedural requirements
