Job Description

Job Type : Full Time Location : Austin Texas Pay : Excellent Job Description What You Will Be Doing:

Litigation Management:
Manage daytoday litigation tasks including discovery and motions practice.
Oversee and conduct depositions.
Legal Research and Writing:
Conduct highlevel legal research.
Draft and review legal documents motions and briefs.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with clients team members and court officials.
Present cases in court as needed.
Client Counseling:
Provide strategic advice to clients regarding patent litigation.
Counsel clients on patentrelated matters and legal strategies.

Experience You Will Need:

Patent Litigation Experience:**
610 years of highlevel patent litigation experience.
Excellent legal research and writing skills.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
Experience with running daytoday litigation tasks including discovery and motions practice.
Deposition experience is essential.
USPTO registration.
Technical education background. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days. We work directly with the hiring manager and can arrange interviews within a few days Nick Vyas
