• Work on a variety of matters including real estate contract and entity disputes.
• Provide excellent service to clients.
• Meet deadlines with quality results.
• Work in a proactive and organized manner.

Experience you will need:

• At least eight (8) years of experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Should have handson experience in Commercial Litigation with good standing in State Bar of Arizona.
• Appellate or federal court clerkship experience preferred.
• Active member of the State Bar of Arizona in good standing.
• Discipline and selfmotivation.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Creative thinking selfdirected team playing problemsolving skills with good communication.
