Education & Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor or equivalent degree from a reputed educational Institute preferably in computer programming computer science or a related field.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in a relevant field is a plus.

Automated Testing: Write automated tests using PyTest and Unittest.
Backend Development
Microservices Architecture: Develop microservices with FastAPI or Flask.
Database Management: Handle database operations with SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.
Serverless Computing: Build and deploy serverless applications on AWS Lambda or Google Cloud Functions.
Automation and Scripting
Task Automation: Automate repetitive tasks with custom scripts.
Web Scraping: Extract data from websites using BeautifulSoup and Scrapy.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends. Assist in generating leads through various channels like LinkedIn, Upwork, and email outreach. Analyze data to understand market trends and customer needs. Help in creating compelling proposals tailored to client needs. Participate in client meetings and presentations to support business development efforts. Collaborate on marketing and sales campaigns. Prepare reports on business development activities and progress. Provide administrative support to the business development team. Monitor competitor activities and provide insights. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services. Assist in creating content for marketing materials and social media. Identify and suggest improvements to business development processes. Requirements: Exceptional communication skills for engaging and retaining clients. Proficiency in writing persuasive proposals and effectively engaging clients. Understanding of marketing & strategies. Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
